HOW TO MAKE IT
Mix together soy sauce, sake, grated garlic, and grated ginger in a cup to make the marinade.
Put the salmon in a ziploc bag, and pour in the marinade. seal the ziploc and massage the bag to mix together the contents well. Then put it in the pan for more than 15 minutes with sausage too.
Break two eggs in a cup, Mix well.
Add in salt and pepper if you like, put a pan on middium heat, and heat about a tbsp of olive oil, pour in the eggs, and gently stir until its hard enough. if all done, arrange all the ingredients in the lunch box neatly. Serve.
